Arden is currently not accepting new clients

Arden is currently working on her Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics in 2017 from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas.

Arden is committed to helping people heal and grow. Her counseling approach focuses on learning your story and helping you understand how it has impacted your life. She uses various counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems with adolescents, adults, and families.

Having lived overseas, Arden has a desire to help those in life transitions.

Areas of interest/experience include grief, traumatic loss, depression, anxiety, addictions, and family issues.

In her downtime, Arden enjoys being outside with friends and family, cooking, serving at church, and reading.
