Jacob is a graduate student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary studying to receive his master's degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling. He graduated from the College at Southeastern with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies in 2019. Jacob enjoys working with men to find a place of emotional and mental health. He uses various counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and mindfulness. Jacob's counseling seeks to focus on the entire person, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He desires for men and women to live full and healthy lives and they journey on the path of healing. As the son of a fireman and paramedic, Jacob enjoys walking with people through the most difficult situations of their life. Areas of experience and interest also include trauma, anxiety, pre-marital/marital and family, and men's mental health. In his free time, Jacob loves playing music, hunting, serving at his local church, and spending time with his wife, Angela.
