Olivia Menchinger

Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Olivia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the State of North Carolina. She is a graduate from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Marriage, Family and Individual Counseling. 

 

Through her graduate coursework, Olivia completed her practicum and internship experiences within non-profit and private practice settings. In these settings she gained experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and women dealing with anxiety, depression, autism, low self-esteem, OCD, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, bipolar disorders, life transitions and relational issues. She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families and utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, EFT, and solution focused therapy. Upon request, she is also able to provide biblically integrated counseling. 

 

As a therapist, Olivia hopes to develop a therapeutic relationship with her clients that is characterized by authenticity, safety and comfort. 

 

In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, talking about theology and going on walks with her husband and their dog, Lucy.
