She completed her internship at ECU Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Center specializing in Medical Family Therapy and at the ECU Family Therapy Clinic working with individuals, couples, and families.

Taylor is passionate about helping clients work through challenges to create deep meaningful connections in their relationships and with themselves. She does this by creating a safe, welcoming, and empathetic space where she and her clients can explore together the issues bringing them into therapy and work to cultivate the change and healing they desire to see in their lives.

Taylor specializes in couples and family therapy utilizing an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy lens. Her interests are in helping couples restore security and safety in their relationship through healing from betrayal, increasing sexual satisfaction, and increasing healthy communication. Taylor enjoys working with individuals to help them understand the intersection between mental health and relational health. Taylor utilizes an attachment-based, trauma-informed, systemic lens that incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Taylor is trained in Prepare and Enrich for premarital counseling and Triple P Parenting.
