She received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University School of Behavioral Sciences in 2023.

Aggie is passionate about providing education to her clients and empowering them to realize their hopes and dreams. Aggie believes in supporting her clients to engage in reflective work about their identity, values, and barriers that are impacting their ability to thrive. When it comes to counseling, Aggie’s primary goal is to collaborate with her clients to create a plan for wellness that addresses their individual concerns. Traumatic events and life stressors often work together to create chaos and distress in life, and Aggie believes that a trauma-informed approach is necessary for all of her clients to ensure that the impact of these events can be fully realized and processed to create a more integrated and fulfilling life story.

As a counselor, Aggie’s style is based on a person-centered foundation that prioritizes a strong, validating, and honest relationship between therapist and client. She works from an integrative approach that pulls from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to support her clients. Aggie believes that counseling is a dynamic process and tailors her interventions to meet each individual where they are throughout the counseling process. She is open to meeting with clients both in-person and online.

Aggie enjoys reading, engaging in health activities such as going to the gym or playing sports, organizing, cooking, and traveling. Her spare time is spent enjoying time with her friends and family members, as well as her cat.
