Nutrition Counseling

Our practice offers Nutrition Counseling with a Registered Dietitian for individuals of all ages (child/parents, adolescents, and adults) seeking assistance with healthy eating, intuitive eating, disordered eating, picky eating, weight loss/gain, cooking skills, food safety, and conditions related to digestion and metabolism.

In Nutrition Counseling you will experience:

  • Discussion of your relationship with food (experiences, beliefs, habits), nutrition goals and concerns, and motivators and barriers to goal achievement.

  • Provision of a safe-space to talk about food and nutrition habits guided by evidence-based information from a Licensed Dietitian.

  • Partnership to support your ability to set goals, establish steps toward change, and grow in autonomy regarding your health.
