Caitie began her counseling career in January 2019 working with adolescents at a county juvenile court and detention center. Caitie has also worked in a community mental health setting, providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In these settings, Caitie has counseled clients who have faced a variety of issues, such as: depression, anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, self-harm, ADHD, domestic violence, and family relational problems.
Caitie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina (license #A16085). She received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2020.
Caitie views counseling as a collaborative relationship in which the client and counselor work together to make holistic change in the client’s life. She desires to empower her clients to address their struggles and take steps toward healthy change.
Caitie has been married to her husband, Keith, since 2019. In her spare time, Caitie loves spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and making candles at home.
