Anthony Marcello

Counseling Intern

Currently Accepting Clients for June!

Anthony is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Columbia International University. Anthony has a huge heart to help those towards better mental health and empower them to navigate their every day challenges.

His counseling approach begins with understanding the client and how he can help them reach their goals for better mental health, and possibly uncovering other obstacles along the way. He tailors his holistic approach to help clients reach their goals by integrating improvements in areas of emotional, financial, spiritual, and physical health. Anthony has a strong background in the financial industry and is passionate about health and his faith. He understands how these important areas greatly influence mental health.

Anthony seeks to build therapeutic relationships on the foundation of empathy, respect, and intentionality. In his practice, Anthony uses Adlerian therapy which includes engagement, assessment, insight and reorientation to help clients with their presenting concerns. He also integrates techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and believes laughter is integral for fighting against life’s hard challenges. Anthony is open to bringing faith into the counseling process if the client desires.

In his free time, Anthony enjoys cooking, working out, the stock market, and studying the Bible.
