Created to Connect (Virtual) REGISTRATION CLOSED
Tuesdays 12-1 pm February 27 through April 16, 2024

This is an 8-week lunchtime group for parents/caregivers who have a child/children aged 3-12 years old struggling with worry, perfectionism, discouragement, low self-worth, and difficulty regulating emotions. Learn child-centered skills to use during a weekly "special playtime" you facilitate with your child at home. These skills help you  communicate to your child “I am here, I hear you, I understand, and I care”. This group will provide you with a skill set that you can use on your own as a parent to help your child in their struggle.
