Master of Arts, Christian Marriage & Family Counseling
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate
Arden Howard
Arden is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (#20159A) and received her master’s degree in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. During graduate school, Arden interned with Cornerstone Counseling and Wellness where she worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Arden approaches therapy with compassion and curiosity, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and environment. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful patterns, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support acceptance and growth, and Family Systems theory to explore intergenerational influences. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they uncover clarity, confidence, and new pathways toward well-being. Arden honors the individuality of each client, understanding that every person brings a unique story shaped by their own experiences.
Arden is open to meeting with Clients both in person and online. In her free time, Arden loves spending time with her husband, trying new recipes, serving at church, and spending time outside.
