Arden is a certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Biblical Counselors. She graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. She has worked with families, adolescents, adults, and kids in a private practice setting.

Arden is committed to helping people heal and grow within themselves and with others. Her counseling approach focuses on learning your story and helping you understand how it has impacted your life. Arden believes each persons story is framed within God’s grand narrative. Her goal is to facilitate an environment of Christ-like empathy to allow you to share your burdens and begin the healing process.

Arden believes biblical counseling is an opportunity to grow in an understanding of yourself in light of God’s Word. She believes all healing and growth comes with a holistic approach of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health. Through her own life experiences such as living overseas and moving multiple times Arden is passionate about helping those within transition. Arden’s scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, biblically based counseling, grief, traumatic loss, anxiety, depression,
transitions, and family dynamics.

In her downtime, Arden enjoys spending time with friends and family around a meal and/or coffee. She enjoys cooking, reading, serving at church, and spending time outside.
