July 9th through September 10th (10 weeks)
This group is specifically designed for Black women navigating professional settings (age 22+) and will be facilitated by Tamedra Biernacki, LMFTA and Tiffani Paul, LCSW. Participants will explore topics of burnout, boundaries, identity, self-care, workplace dynamics, emotional wellness, and more while building community in a space rooted in connection, healing, and empowerment.
