Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Bailey began her counseling career in June 2015 working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups at an eating disorder treatment center. Bailey has also worked in a community setting, providing in-home counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Currently, Bailey works with adolescents and adults who present with a variety of issues, such as: trauma, depression, anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, self-harm, grief and loss, domestic violence, and family relational problems. She has extensive experience in working with adolescent girls and adult women and the unique issues that women face. Bailey is able to integrate faith and spirituality into counseling when requested by the client.


Bailey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina (license #11672). She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. Additionally, Bailey has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). 

 

Bailey views counseling as a collaborative relationship in which the client and counselor work together to make holistic change in the client’s life. She desires to empower her clients to address their struggles and take steps toward healthy change.


In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee, and listening to her favorite podcasts. Bailey has been married to her husband since 2012 and they have two daughters.
