Courtney Hayes, MSW, LCSW

Courtney received her master's of social work degree from the University of Southern California where she specialized in mental health with a sub-specialty in military and veteran care. Before that, Courtney obtained her bachelor's in social work from Michigan State University with a certificate in diversity. Courtney has experience with children, families, adults, couples, and groups. Courtney’s experience is in intensive outpatient and outpatient environments. Courtney is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of North Carolina license #C012267

Courtney is a clinical provider who enjoys working with all walks of life whether going through a big life change or ready to process trauma. Courtney utilizes various therapeutic techniques to meet the individual or couple where they are at. Courtney believes in the holistic perspective; treating the mental, emotional, and physical. Courtney believes in collaboration for a successful therapeutic process. Her scope of practice includes but not limited to the following: trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, relational problems, coping, emotional dysregulation, and pain.

Courtney enjoys photography, watching sports- especially college football, sports banter, humor, music, woodworking, and spending time with friends and family. Courtney has been married to her husband since 2014. They have one child and a pup.
