Jaymie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina (License #A21296). She earned her Master of Science degree from East Carolina University in 2022, with a dual specialization in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. Jaymie’s counseling journey started in 2022 as a School Counselor, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges. 

Jaymie's counseling approach is grounded in a holistic and person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique experience. She integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of her clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and an element of a Solution-Focused approach.

She is passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Her work focused on promoting self awareness, insight, and empowering clients to create meaningful change and reach their goals.

Jaymie enjoys visiting the beach, taking walks with friends, and spending quality time with her husband, Daniel, their two children, and their two energetic dogs.
