Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina (#A18605). She received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from
Liberty University. She works with individuals from across the lifespan and specializes in adolescents and young adults.  Jessica has experience helping clients with a variety of
presenting issues such as mild-to-moderate depression, anxiety, career/vocational concerns, self esteem, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, identity issues, and
relationship difficulties.

As a counselor, Jessica believes in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. She works collaboratively and empathetically with her clients to address physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social needs. She primarily works within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy framework, but she will utilize other modalities to fit the individual needs of the client. Ultimately, Jessica draws upon the client’s strengths and interests to work towards goals that encourage optimal functioning. If a client is interested, she can integrate faith into the counseling sessions. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being with her family and friends. She spends most of her time outdoors with her husband and three children. Jessica loves to travel with her family, read new books, and relax on the beach.
