Jocelyn utilizes a partnership approach with clients where clients are treated as the experts of his/her own body and are invited to grow in their knowledge, self-worth and autonomy related to health and nutrition. Jocelyn strives to help clients discover sustainable and rewarding healthy habits. Jocelyn works with children/parents, adolescents, and adults. Her scope of practice includes, but is not limited to the following areas: healthy eating, intuitive eating, disordered eating, picky eating, weight loss/gain, cooking skills, food safety, and conditions related to digestion and metabolism (Type 1/2 Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome etc).
