With the necessary tools and skills, it is easier to identify triggers, notice warning signs, and find ways to better prepare for oncoming stressors and challenges.

Her approach is grounded in a holistic view of the person as unique. Lauren does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, her therapeutic approach is integrative while tailoring treatment methods to the client’s needs to create a lasting therapeutic effect. she utilizes treatment modalities and theories, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and elements of play and art therapy with children and adolescents. Lauren is interested in working with children, teen, and adult clients over the age of 6 who are in need of individual counseling. Her clinical interest areas include but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, women's issues, social skills deficits, ADHD, addiction, and relational issues. She is ready to walk alongside individuals to help build a strong foundation of healing and transformation built upon psychological, social, and spiritual health. Therefore, she can offer a Christian perspective to those who wish to integrate faith and spirituality into their healing journey.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, volunteering in the community, and serving in her church's kid, music, and outreach ministries.
