Madison Singfiel

Master of Social Work

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

Madison Singfiel is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina who believes that authenticity, cultural humility, and collaboration are the foundation of effective therapy. She sees therapy as a collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward healing and growth. Madison takes a cognitive yet practical approach—integrating research and thoughtful reflection with real-world strategies to support meaningful, sustainable change. She feels honored to walk alongside clients as they grow in confidence, deepen self-understanding, and pursue their goals.

Madison earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Nyack College in New York and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from NC State University. Her work has focused
on teens, young adults, and diverse populations. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and offers spiritual integration upon-request. Growing up, as a third-culture kid (TCK), Madison has particular insight into anxiety, life transitions, and cultural adjustments. She also supports clients facing relational conflict, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, church-related wounds, and trauma.

Outside of the therapy room, Madison values joy, play, and connection—believing that healing doesn’t have to be heavy to be meaningful. She enjoys time with friends and family, reading, and trying new activities—favorites so far have been rock climbing, cooking, and gaming
