Ryan is passionate about taking a person-centered approach to the therapeutic relationship, believing clients can thrive in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. Ryan seeks to establish genuine trust with her clients, aligning herself in the role of advocate as you partner together, where you feel heard and valued. Drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and some systems approaches, Ryan believes that treatment should be tailored to the client’s unique needs and preferences. Ryan will seek to incorporate cultural, spiritual, physical, and mental needs in an effort to connect all aspects of self. She enjoys integrating creative hands-on activities, as well as exploring topics including, but not limited to: anxiety/depression, women’s issues, boundaries, expectations, mindfulness, intimacy, adjustments, identity, family of origin, parenting, and marriage.
Ryan enjoys coffee, fun foods, traveling, laughing, and creating. She often spends her free time with family and friends. She has been married to her husband, Aaron, since 2017 and together they have one son.
