​William received his Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University and has experience providing counseling to adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings.  William has counseling experience in residential, inpatient and outpatient environments. William is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina license # C011074, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist license #21923, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor- Intern license #20901.

 

William is a generalized clinician who enjoys working with people from all walks of life and has a passion for clients walking through the difficulties of addiction. William trusts that a successful relationship between counselor and client is based on mutual trust and respect. He believes that optimal wellness is achieved by caring for the whole person; mental, emotional and physical. He collaborates with other mental health and medical professionals to help meet the needs of his clients.

 

William enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and running along the trails of Raleigh with his dog, Winston. He has been married to his wife, Ellen, since 2015.
